Whom do I call if something isn’t working properly in my apartment?

Contact the office during regular business hours. Crooksville at 740.982.5991 and Roseville at 740.697.0323. Tell them your problem and the office staff will assign maintenance staff a work order for the repair.

Whom do I call if I get locked out or have a repair needed after hours?

On weekends contact maintenance staff or management for lockouts or emergency repairs. The call out sheet is provided in each unit. Other emergencies that require medical assistance and/or law enforcement call 9-1-1.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due the 1st of the month. Rent will be considered late if it is not received by the 5th of the month.

What do I do if I want to add/remove a member to my lease?

Notify the office and they will help you thru the process. Crooksville at 740.982.5991 and Roseville at 740.697.0323. No one can be added/move into a unit until the proper paperwork and background check are completed. Not following the proper procedures can create a health and safety issue for the other tenants that may lead to lease termination.

What do I do if I have an income change?

Any change to your income must be reported within 10 days. This includes a new/change/ loss of job, an increase/decrease in income, a changes in assistance, and/or a add/change/loss of child support. Failure to report in a timely manner to the office is considered FRAUD and you are responsible for all back debts due to the changes. Also changes in your favor, we cannot refund previous months to you and the change will be performed the following month.

Are pets allowed in public housing?

Pets are allowed, but with restrictions that are outlined in our Pet Policy.

Does the housing authority have immediate openings?

No. New applicants are selected from an existing waiting list.
